IOANNIS PAPANIKOLAOU

Founder CEO

With an academic background in Sports Science and ongoing doctoral research in Sports Research Methodology, he combines scientific expertise in human performance with extensive practical experience in elite sport, cycling development, and international event management.
Having studied in Athens and London and built his career across high-performance sport environments, he integrates evidence-based sport science with hands-on execution in cycling, endurance sport, safety management, and large-scale sporting events. His work bridges research, applied performance, and real-world sport operations, with a strong focus on cycling development, education, and sustainable mobility.
His involvement in cycling spans both competitive and organizational levels. As an athlete, he has achieved 3 National Championship gold medals, 4 Balkan Championship gold medals, and 9th place at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He continues to compete at an elite endurance level, having completed the Transcontinental Race No.9 (2023), a 3,800 km ultra-endurance race across Europe with 45,000 meters of elevation gain, finishing 44th overall.
Alongside his athletic career, he has played a central role in the organization of major international sporting events, including the Olympic Games, Special Olympics, European Games, Ironman events, Mediterranean Beach Games, and leading international cycling competitions. He has served as Safety Director of the International Tour of Hellas (2022–2025), Race Director for events such as THERMO 2024 and VYTINA–LIBOVISI 2025, and Technical Director of the Posidonia Tour 2026. He has also served as Technical Advisor to the Hellenic Cycling Federation (HCF).
In parallel with his professional practice, he has continuously developed his expertise through international academic and professional education, including programs from Duke University, the University of Lausanne, UC Irvine, the International Olympic Academy, and the Hellenic Olympic Committee, as well as certifications from the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), including Safety Manager accreditation and High-Performance Coaching education.

The Marketing Expert

With an international background in Sports Business Management and professional experience across sports organizations, event management, marketing, and hospitality, she designs experiences that move beyond traditional sport and into emotion, connection, and meaning.
Having lived and studied in Barcelona and worked with organizations across Europe, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping projects that bring together sport, lifestyle, sustainability, and community engagement.
Her work focuses on creating premium, experience-driven concepts that inspire active and healthier communities, ranging from cycling initiatives and family-oriented experiences to innovative approaches to longevity, wellbeing, and social connection. She designs modern experiences that blend movement, culture, learning, and entertainment, carefully crafted to feel both refined and memorable, with impact that lasts beyond the event itself.
